Refresh is a 20-minute musical about identity in the context of the college application process and Affirmative Action. It follows two high school friends, Daniela and Chloe, who each dream of going to Stanford. When Daniela is accepted to Stanford but Chloe is not, they are each forced to grapple with their own ethnic and self-identity in navigating this challenge to their friendship.
